湘(xiang)江(jiang)電纜高壓電(dian)(dian)力(li)電(dian)(dian)纜連接(jie)頭用于電(dian)(dian)力(li)電(dian)(dian)纜自(zi)身的連接(jie),有連接(jie)接(jie)頭、絕緣中間接(jie)頭,對充油電(dian)(dian)力(li)電(dian)(dian)纜及鋼(gang)管電(dian)(dian)力(li)電(dian)(dian)纜還(huan)有塞止(zhi)式接(jie)頭等。
1.普通連接頭
它用于連接兩根相(xiang)鄰電力電纜。
在(zai)(zai)高壓電(dian)(dian)力(li)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)線(xian)路中(zhong),直通(tong)接(jie)(jie)(jie)頭除連(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)纜(lan)芯導(dao)體保(bao)(bao)證電(dian)(dian)氣連(lian)(lian)通(tong)外(wai)(wai),對(dui)自容式(shi)充(chong)油(you)電(dian)(dian)力(li)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)的(de)(de)連(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)頭必(bi)須保(bao)(bao)持線(xian)芯中(zhong)油(you)流暢通(tong)。但因連(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)頭是(shi)在(zai)(zai)現(xian)場(chang)手工操作,其工藝條(tiao)件(jian)差。因而(er)在(zai)(zai)線(xian)芯連(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)采用壓接(jie)(jie)(jie)條(tiao)件(jian)下,對(dui)線(xian)芯連(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)處電(dian)(dian)場(chang)集中(zhong)問題的(de)(de)處理(li),通(tong)過(guo)增(zeng)加絕緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)厚(hou)度,以此(ci)降(jiang)低接(jie)(jie)(jie)頭工作場(chang)強來確保(bao)(bao)連(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)頭的(de)(de)安全運行。通(tong)常是(shi)在(zai)(zai)電(dian)(dian)力(li)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)絕緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)上面(mian)繞(rao)包增(zeng)繞(rao)絕緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),增(zeng)繞(rao)絕緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)兩端形(xing)成(cheng)錐形(xing)面(mian)應力(li)錐。在(zai)(zai)增(zeng)繞(rao)絕緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)外(wai)(wai)面(mian)繞(rao)包絕緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)屏(ping)蔽,將兩端電(dian)(dian)力(li)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)絕緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)屏(ping)蔽相(xiang)連(lian)(lian),而(er)其外(wai)(wai)面(mian)有一(yi)外(wai)(wai)亮鋼(gang)管(guan)把(ba)絕緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)與大氣隔(ge)絕,這樣即(ji)可(ke)承受(shou)充(chong)油(you)電(dian)(dian)力(li)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)的(de)(de)油(you)壓。
2.絕緣接頭
絕(jue)緣(yuan)接頭內絕(jue)緣(yuan)結構和尺寸與普通接頭相同(tong)。110 ~ 220kV充油(you)電力電纜絕(jue)緣(yuan)接頭,主(zhu)要(yao)用于大長(chang)度電力電纜線(xian)路(lu)中,使接頭兩端電力電纜的(de)金屬護套或金屬屏蔽(bi)(bi)層(ceng)及半導電層(ceng)在電氣上斷開(kai),以便交(jiao)叉互(hu)連(lian),減少護層(ceng)(或屏蔽(bi)(bi)層(ceng)〉損耗。
3.塞止式接頭
塞(sai)止式接(jie)(jie)頭是(shi)充油電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜附(fu)件電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)性能最薄弱的環(huan)節,也是(shi)結構最復雜的接(jie)(jie)頭。它主要(yao)用于落差大于規(gui)定值的黠性浸漬紙絕(jue)緣電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜線路(lu)中,截斷油路(lu),防止高端電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜絕(jue)緣干(gan)枯、低端電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜絕(jue)緣油壓超(chao)過(guo)規(gui)定值。
110kV單室式(shi)塞止(zhi)中間(jian)接(jie)頭(tou),通常用一(yi)個環氧(yang)樹脂(zhi)套(tao)管將兩根(gen)電(dian)力電(dian)纜的(de)油(you)流分開。
220kV雙室式塞止中間接頭,用兩(liang)個(ge)環氧樹脂套管將兩(liang)根電(dian)力電(dian)纜(lan)(lan)的油流分開,在兩(liang)段電(dian)力電(dian)纜(lan)(lan)的塞止管上面有一(yi)外腔,兩(liang)個(ge)含有電(dian)力電(dian)纜(lan)(lan)的內腔及一(yi)個(ge)外腔油流相通,呈兩(liang)道密封結構。
4.鋼管充油電力電纜接頭
銅管充油(you)電(dian)力(li)電(dian)纜接(jie)頭(tou)有普通連接(jie)接(jie)頭(tou)和半塞(sai)止接(jie)頭(tou)兩種。
普通連(lian)接(jie)接(jie)頭(tou),用于電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)制(zhi)造長度連(lian)接(jie),它(ta)的(de)(de)內絕緣結(jie)構(gou)一般與自容式充油(you)(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)接(jie)頭(tou)相間,其外殼是一個直(zhi)徑(jing)稍(shao)大(da)于電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)管道的(de)(de)銅(tong)管。半塞止接(jie)頭(tou),用于較(jiao)長的(de)(de)鋼(gang)管充油(you)(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)線路。它(ta)是為避免一旦(dan)發生漏油(you)(you)事故造成大(da)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)袖的(de)(de)流失而設計(ji)的(de)(de)接(jie)頭(tou),用來分隔供油(you)(you)區(qu)段,使兩區(qu)段的(de)(de)油(you)(you)經過電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)絕緣層或旁路管流通。在接(jie)頭(tou)的(de)(de)鋼(gang)管與電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)鋼(gang)管連(lian)接(jie)處(chu),采用密封(feng)結(jie)構(gou)把電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)油(you)(you)路分開。
